Adventures in Roof Cleaning

We purchased a vacation home in Humboldt County, aka Northern-North California this year, which was a great adventure. We love spending any long-weekends there as we can. That said, it is a second home and perched overlooking the ocean, meaning it comes with an entirely new collection of maintenance fun.

Case in point: there was 30 years of moss that has grown on the land-facing side of the roof that needed to be cleaned off. Below are my before/after pictures of my work with 3 hours and a power-washer.
